Hylife Hotel and Convention

The complimentary breakfast wasn't buffet style, we had to order, and the quality was poor. In the room, hot water came out in a thin stream with too little pressure for the shower. There were no coffee, tea, sugar, or milk pouches, and I had to go down to reception to ask because there was no intercom for service. They also hadn't given us the WiFi password until we asked, and the connection was extremely slow and kept dropping. An insect was in the bed. The AC remote didn't work at first; an attendant came up from reception and tried it, then brought another remote, which got the AC running but it still didn't cool enough. No one had come with us to the room to show us where things were or check if anything was missing.

I stayed here while travelling and got to try the food at aroma restaurant. The hospitality surprised me in the best way: the ambience was lovely, and the staff were awesome with guests. I really enjoyed the food as well. Best wishes to the whole team.

The WiFi kept disconnecting, and the place seemed poorly maintained, with even basic facilities not working properly. After 7 PM, there were no coffees or juices available, despite the restaurant advertising them. The visit was frustrating and cost us time and money. I wouldn't recommend Hilife Restaurant.

The Aroma restaurant is in a nice spot, with good food and a pleasant ambience. We've been here before, and I'd recommend it.
