I spent a lot of time researching hotels on different sites before booking, and this one didn't let me down. The staff were very kind and polite, and their service was incredible. Everything felt top notch for the price, making it the best hotel in Mandarmani at this rate.

The room was very clean, and I had a great time in the pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you to the hotel authority, love you.

The staff were very good, but they need more people to keep service running smoothly. Pool water has a lot of chlorine, so that needs to be addressed right away. Overall, it was very good.

Clean rooms, good hospitality, and management staff who behaved well. A very good hotel.

The service at bluestone was pathetic, and the staff were very rude. We paid an extra 200 for breakfast and got 1 pkt Maggi. If you choose luchi sabji instead, the luchis are made 2_3 hrs before they're served. It felt like special efforts were being made to ruin our stay. The bedsheets were stained, the washrooms dirty, and everything that could go wrong did. The pool water was colored and ruined our clothes. Just 3 staff were handling the kitchen, hotel, housekeeping, and room service. A thoroughly pathetic stay.
