The portions were generous, the place had a nice atmosphere, and the staff were friendly. I really enjoyed the meal: everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and it was clear they care about the food's quality. I'd happily come back.

The property has lovely architecture, but poor management and discourteous service overwhelmed it. The night guard sat wrapped in a thick quilt and didn't acknowledge guests arriving. Management should give him a proper winter uniform rather than a rajai. Staff refused to help after we accidentally spilled something and lectured us about keeping the room clean instead. Housekeeping only came after we followed up several times. There was no phone or communication system to contact reception. The four-person rooms were oversized but had only one toilet and no closed storage. Staff seemed untrained and unsure about basic guest services. Breakfast, included in the price, still wasn't ready by 9:30 AM. In winter there were no spare blankets, even though an AC heater was available; a basic body cover is needed at night. We were told to fetch our own drinking water from the kitchen. The place could have potential, but in its current state it isn't ready to operate to hotel standards.

The place is beautiful and well kept, with a lovely atmosphere you'll fall for. Everything was hygienic, and the food was delicious. Staff were humble and happy to accommodate our requests, with top-notch service. Definitely worth a visit.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere pleasant, and the courteous staff kept the service consistently professional throughout my stay. I had a great experience in every respect and would highly recommend this hotel for an easy, enjoyable stay.
