The food order was more hassle than convenience. Although the hotel had teamed up with a restaurant, the packaging was poor. The blankets were old and visibly dirty even though the room was meant to have been cleaned, and the washroom was below the standard I expected. The curtains looked dated too, adding to the neglected feel. I booked three nights through Agoda for about 4500, expecting the centrally located hotel shown in the listing. Instead, the room was cramped and nothing like the misleading photos. The gap between what was advertised and what I got left me feeling deceived and dissatisfied. The place fell short on both quality and transparency. If you book here, keep your expectations cautious.

We waited an hour at reception, only to be told there was no booking under our name. The receptionist seemed to know very little about hospitality and couldn't handle guests properly. We didn't even look at the rooms, but had a bad feeling they would be just as disappointing, so we left for our own good. Avoid booking this hotel in Mangalore. OYO's booking service was terrible, and we still didn't get back the amount paid online. Stay away from this shady place.

I booked a room through the OYO app with AC and Wi-Fi, but there was neither an AC nor Wi-Fi in the room. The pillows and bedsheets looked about 50 years old. Staff and manager were really rude and spoke to customers like rowdies ready to attack. Worst room I've ever had. Please don't book this stupid hotel. There are plenty of other hotels at the same rate with a better experience.

I've travelled almost all over India, and this was the worst hotel. We had booked two rooms and paid 350rs cash for an early check-in. When we returned at night, they gave us only one room and told us to wait for the other. We had to argue before we got it. One room's AC didn't work, and the other had no AC remote. The cupboards had no doors, and there were cockroaches around. Room service was nearly nonexistent. I had to call three times just to get someone to address these problems, and then the person showed up with Mortien mosquito killer for the cockroaches. A complete waste of money.
