The room smelled bad, the AC filter was dusty, and there were lots of bugs, cockroaches, and mosquitoes. The bed had holes, the charging points were broken, and the public washrooms are better than the one here. They demand more money because there’s no fixed price, and when we asked about the price changes, they were rude, especially the girl. Food was overpriced too, and room service was horrible. Please don’t visit.

The location is superb, with autos and buses to all corners of the city right at the doorstep. The owners and managers are honest too. We checked in a day before Christmas without booking, when most hotels were full, and they didn’t inflate the price. The rooms aren’t well maintained and the service is only okay at best, but if you just need a basic, safe stay with AC, this hotel works. Four stars for that.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, and the place is near Kankanadi stop, which is convenient. But you need to book ahead because the rooms may not be ready when you arrive. We booked and got there at 7 in the morning, yet had to wait until 12 noon. No towels or soap had been put out, probably because they were in a hurry. The clock and fan switch didn’t work, and there was no phone to reach reception. After we complained, the service was good.

The room stank when we walked in and hadn’t been cleaned. There was no room service, so we carried our own luggage upstairs; afterward, a room service boy came expecting money. The AC barely cooled and made a loud noise, and the TV kept going offline. At 6:30 pm on 5-Aug-2018, the front office staff member was very unprofessional. He demanded ID cards for everyone checked in, even though I was with my family and kids, and wanted payment upfront before assigning us a room.
