Hotel Heraa International

We had a smooth, pleasant stay in the deluxe room at Hotel Herra International. It was tidy, very clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Reception staff were quick to sort out any issues or requests. I'd definitely suggest it to anyone looking for a good hotel stay.

Having paid for a room for three, we shouldn't have had to keep calling reception for basic items. Toiletries, a dental kit, extra bedsheets, and other necessities weren't provided at check-in, and we had to ask several times. The extra mattress for the third guest was unhygienic and clearly unfit to use. The washroom was poorly maintained, with water clogging that made it inconvenient to use. This was a very disappointing stay, far below expectations. The hotel needs to improve room readiness, housekeeping, and guest service.

Guests paying for a room for three shouldn't have to chase staff for basic items or deal with maintenance and cleanliness problems. It was a frustrating and inconvenient stay, far below the expected standards for a hotel in this category and not worth the price. The property needs to improve housekeeping, maintenance, quality control, and guest service. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend it.

The Premium room was spacious, with two large balconies and a good-sized, clean washroom. The balcony view is too good, and the hotel has its own parking. It's directly on the main road, so it's easy to reach. Breakfast is outsourced, and the taste is compromised.
