Treebo Pappilon Palace - PVS Circle

The hotel is right in the heart of the city, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. I had a really comforting stay. The canteen's food choices were quite limited, though, with just one breakfast option: idli, sambar, and chutney. That may not suit everyone's taste. There's good potential here. Better management, more attention to cleanliness, and a few attractive offers for customers could make it a wonderful place to stay. I hope things improve. All the best. An amazing stay 🥳🥳🥳

Kind staff and a good breakfast. The rooms are decent and well maintained for a 3 star hotel, and there's an open car park that holds around 15 cars. Prices fluctuate a lot from day to day, which I don't often see at other hotels. I've seen standard room rates reach 12k at times on goibibo/MMT.

The location was alright, but Treebo Pappilon Palace wasn't worth the money. The rooms smelled and looked nothing like their glamorous online photos. Service was a joke too, they gave me body wash in sanitizer bottles instead of soap. 👃🧴💸

The hotel's location is handy, close to the market, restaurants, and city mall, and the place was in good condition. I stayed one night with my family in the second week of Nov,2025, after booking 02 rooms. It was a nice enough experience for a night, and I think Treebo follows standards and will improve further. The rooms were nicely maintained, with TV, AC, almirah, a double bed with spring mattress, and a bathroom geyser. On arrival, the bathroom floor was wet from a leaking tap. Housekeeping cleaned it right away, but using a towel on the floor felt surprising and not very professional. Work quality and staff standards need attention. The windows are sliding glass, but there wasn't much of a view. Mesh screens would let guests open them for fresh air. Reception staff weren't rude, but they weren't warm or welcoming either, and didn't seem enthusiastic about arrivals. The complimentary breakfast was okay, neither good nor bad, and the dining area was average. There's plenty of room for improvement, and the facility is in good shape, so it mostly needs the intention to make those incremental improvements. Thanks.
