The room itself was okay, and the hotel is in a prime area, but the management experience needs work. I arrived around 11:00 PM with my family after booking by phone a week earlier. They hadn’t noted the reservation. The receptionist was rude and first refused to give us a room, even though rooms were available. He asked me to show my call history as proof, which was unpleasant. At checkout the next day, I raised this with senior staff, but their response wasn’t clear.

The service was excellent, and the room was good. There’s parking for both 4 wheelers and 2 wheelers. It’s near the city centre, with easy access to mangaladevi temple, khadri Manjunath temple, pabbas, sagar ratna hotel, hotel shivbhag and khadri cafe.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and the staff were very friendly. It’s easy to get to many places from here, especially eateries.

We stayed on 27th December 2025 in room 203. The building and room looked very old and weren’t maintained. Apart from the location, it wasn’t worth the money. A lot of improvement is needed.

Quite a good experience. You can stay here with family.
