Hotel Sai Sagar

This deserves zero stars, maybe even a negative rating. The rooms were dirty and smelled of alcohol and smoke, and there’s a bar inside. There was no hot water, and I didn’t feel safe. I checked out because of safety concerns, but they didn’t refund me. Don’t risk bringing your family here or book a room.

The restaurant service was quick, and the food was good. Rooms are clean, and the washrooms are generally clean too, though some need more attention depending on which room you get.

The stay itself was good, but I wouldn’t choose this place again because of the staff. The receptionist was rude, started arguing, and didn’t speak politely. We ordered one thing and paid when asked, but he brought something else. When we refused it, he picked a fight with us.

I wouldn’t recommend this place for families. The room was only okay, smelled bad, and was unclean. The AC wasn’t working properly, and later there was no hot water. Staff were rude, disrespectful, and egotistical. Another family had the same problem while we were there. Online it showed a 24-hour stay, but they made us check out early. They charged a high price because it was late, took the money in advance, then brought something we hadn’t ordered and argued with us when we pointed it out. The staff were the worst part of a very bad experience. Please don’t book here.
