The breakfast tasted good, though for the price I think the variety could be better. That was probably the only thing needing improvement during my one-night stay. The rates were affordable, the ambiance lovely, and the staff were courteous, welcoming, and well-trained. The property was easy to get to, and my cozy, clean room had a pleasant view. Honestly, it's super Instagrammable. One of the best stays I've had in a while, and I'd definitely recommend it.

We stayed as a family and got two pairs of interconnecting rooms, which was incredibly convenient. The staff paid close attention to us and showed us the rooms before check-in so we could be sure we were comfortable. The rooms were decent in size, well-maintained, neat, and clean, and it was a comfortable place to get a good night's sleep. I was particularly impressed when Mr. Ismail, the housekeeping in-charge, personally checked in for feedback. The service was great. I didn't use the restaurant or other facilities, so I can't comment on them. I do think the TV and AC units are due for an upgrade to match the quality of the service. Overall, a positive experience.

At Sugar Business Hotel, Kochi, I found the rooms spacious, tidy, and equipped with what I needed. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, a good fit for business or leisure travel. The atmosphere felt inviting and relaxing, and the staff overall were friendly and efficient. Executive Basil stood out for his professional, courteous service and warm smile. He was always willing to help, paid attention to details, and made me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Special thanks to Basil for his hospitality and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience, highly recommend Sugar Business Hotel to anyone visiting Kochi, and would gladly stay again.

We chose Sugar Hotel in Kochi again mainly because of the service, especially Mr. Ismail, whose attention brought us back. Basil at reception was friendly and helpful throughout. The dining staff were cheerful and made breakfast pleasant, even though the selection itself was fairly average. The hotel is away from the city center, but it seems to be in high demand. We had a comfortable, lovely stay that worked well for both family and business travel.

Basil made check-in quick and gave us a warm welcome at Sugar. Even while helping another guest, he patiently explained everything to us and greeted people with a smile. The service was top notch, and we had a memorable stay. I’d come back with friends.
