The washroom can run out of water at any time, and during this hot summer there was no cold mineral water or extra mattress. The power goes out at night, with no inverter. When we reached reception, nobody was there to respond for 15 minutes, and nobody answered the phone numbers on the hotel signboard. We only managed to find the hotel after getting its location from the Make My Trip website, since the name listed there wasn’t visible anywhere outside. This was the worst and most terrible experience I’ve had. Think 100 times before booking for family or friends.

The rooms were spacious and looked nice. We paid Rs 2000 for two rooms. It’s out on the edge of town, but we had a good stay.

For under 2000, this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mathura. The rooms have AC and a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, and the washroom was good too.

I’ve stayed at plenty of places in Mathura, and this was the best one I found for under 2000. The room was lovely, the food tasted great, and there was a smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video.
