There was no hot water in the freezing cold, and even after I complained several times, they couldn’t move me to another room or fix the supply. If you have plans for the day, don’t book here, it could ruin your trip.

When I arrived, the hotel said there were no rooms, even though I had booked online. I was told this happens when someone offers more money in person and that they cancel the reservation. They then claimed they hadn't received any booking alerts, which doesn't seem true given that platforms send them notifications. I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone, either, and with roads blocked there was nobody to guide me. It was especially frustrating while I was already on my way. I wouldn't recommend staying at a place like this.

The staff were lovely, polite, and helpful, and the service was great. The property is also very close to the Janmabhoomi.

The restaurant served us rotten food, and only replaced it after we insisted. That was on top of a service experience where staff ignored simple requests or responded with disdain. They seemed indifferent to what guests needed. The room itself was in poor shape: it smelled musty, the linens weren't fresh, and the bathroom badly needed cleaning. Hygiene overall was well below an acceptable standard. Taps barely worked, and the door locks were either broken or extremely difficult to use. The online photos and reviews gave a very different impression from the reality. With the poor facilities and unsafe environment, I wouldn't consider this suitable for families, especially with elderly parents or young children. Staying here was a nightmare, and I'd strongly suggest finding somewhere else.
