The service, cleanliness, and comfort were excellent. It’s right near the railway station, about 1.5 km from the bus stand, and centrally placed for the tourist spots.

The staff were polite and really nice. The hotel has been renovated recently, and it’s clean and pleasant to stay in. It’s close to both the railway station and bus stand, right in the city centre.

Clean, budget-friendly hotel, and a nice choice for families. It’s right in the middle of the tourist spots.

Friendly staff and a very clean place. It’s a good-value hotel near the railway station.

They call this the “best” hotel in Mathura, but I’d call it the worst hotel in existence. When we arrived, we were told the owner had sold it the day before. Then they said we’d have to pay the charges again if we wanted to stay. We’d already paid when we booked, so we ended up paying twice.
