Hotel Pushpa Palace By OYO Rooms

I stayed here for 3months on official business, and the staff were very cooperative and treated me like a god. The place felt fully safe and was in a good location. They don't allow unmarried couples, which I liked. It also has Aggarwal restaurant, one of Mathura's most famous restaurants. It's really nice for parties, and people come from far away for it.

I booked through Goibibo, but when I arrived to check in, the staff said they wouldn't let me stay because the hotel had some dispute with OYO. I called OYO, and fortunately they found me a better place in the same area at no extra charge. A very poor customer experience. I'd never go to this property.

The bathroom smelled bad and was dirty, and the sheets they gave guests were torn and filthy. There was dust all over the bed, too. The AC barely cooled after an hour, and the rooms weren't clean. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location is good, but I didn't find the place that great. The geysers don't work reliably, so you end up having to ask reception again and again. Noise also carries between rooms, and loud guests nearby can ruin your sleep.
