Hotel Virasat Palace By GRB

This was our second time there, and everything was well organised. RamveerSir and the team handled the whole event professionally, from planning through execution, with creativity and attention to detail. They were responsive and available, and made the arrangements stress-free. Coordination, decor, and overall management exceeded our expectations.

The food was very bad, the hotel was dirty, and there was no cleanliness or service. Staff were rude. Be sure to discuss everything before checking in.

For two nights at Virasat Palace, I had to deal with rooms that were dirty, run-down, and missing basic amenities. The smell of pigeon droppings was overwhelming across the property, and mold was growing on the walls. There is no lift, and the very steep stairs have no proper handrails, which felt like a serious safety risk. In its current state, I can't recommend this hotel.

This was a very bad experience and a waste of money. The room was very dirty, the food was bad, and the manager and staff were bad too. I was charged extra for everything, even things like a water bottle, towels, soap, and bathroom soap that other hotels in the state allow guests to use during their stay. These weren't provided in the room, and I was charged for all of them. I wouldn't stay here with family. Check the reviews before booking.
