The room was smelly and poorly kept, with bed bugs, which is a serious hygiene problem. They advertise amenities such as a TV, geyser, and food plates, but none were available. The low price attracted me, but the stay wasn't worth it. Extremely disappointing, and I strongly recommend against booking this hotel.

When I raised the leaking bathroom, broken fan, and TV problems, the Hotel Manager just told me to “adjust for this time.” The room felt old and neglected, and little seemed to work properly. It was also poorly maintained, with the bathroom and beds not properly cleaned.

For a 4 star rating, my experience was good overall. The only downside was checkout at 11:00 AM. Staying past that time costs Rs 250/ hour.

Their thali tastes best, and they have their own kitchen. The staff are polite, and the service is better than at other hotels. I'd recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in mathura.

The hotel's location is good, but the room was in very poor condition. I asked to switch rooms, but they said none were available. Not a good experience 😞
