I wouldn't recommend this guest house to anyone. I felt surrounded by negative energy and thought it was really haunted. I stayed for 3 days, and every night was difficult. I couldn't sleep, the rooms were in pathetic condition, and the staff behaved terribly. They said the rooms would cost 500, but charged me 1200 when I arrived.
The rooms are good, but the location isn't ideal. It's right in the middle of a busy road, so I wouldn't consider it an ideal place to stay.
On my second visit, I found the place much less appealing. I booked an AC room with a geezer, but the AC had no batteries and the geezer never started. The room smelled bad, and while its interior was decent, the hotel didn't feel clean or hygienic. The entrance was covered in gutka stains. Not recommended at all.
The rooms were very dirty, the staff seemed unhygienic, and the TV and electronic gazets weren't working. When a guest asked for help in an emergency, all the staff came to fight with them. The staff aren't trained in customer service. I'd tell travelers to avoid this place, spend a little more, and choose a better hotel. Thanks.
The rooms are small, but fine if you're only stopping briefly. I chose it mainly because Bagdogra airport is very close. Cleanliness could be better, though the low price for an AC room is easy on the pocket.
