The room size was good, with enough space for a family of four, but the facilities seem to have slipped compared with a few years back. The location is central, though the charges are high and they don't take check-in or check-out times into account. I had a particularly bad experience with the night shift staff, both at reception and in the restaurant. They were quite rude. If you're arriving at an odd time, don't spend your money here. There are good places that charge by the 24 hours.

I was in a triple-occupancy room and had a pleasant stay. The location is prime, there's plenty of parking, and the hotel has an in-house veg restaurant. Room service was prompt and efficient. The rooms look a little dated and could use a modern upgrade with smart features.

The food tasted good, the staff were courteous, and the AC worked very well. Rooms were well maintained, and the hotel was neat and clean. It's right in the market center and has an on-site restaurant, with room service too. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are available. Booking online can get you a good discount.

We came for lunch as a family. The place looked decent and service was okay, but the food was only average. The menu had just a few items, and I expected more choice and better quality.
