Room service was quick and good. The room was a good size, in a good location, and had decent interiors, but cleanliness wasn’t great, especially in the bathrooms. The toilet faucets leaked and the buckets were dirty. No internet was a major shortcoming, and not having a restaurant was a big negative. The front desk lady could also be more courteous with customers.

The rooms were good, probably because the property is new, and it’s close to Mayuranathar Temple. The restroom walls are already starting to get dirty and need more upkeep. This was our second stay, and we booked two rooms for a family temple visit. They offer complimentary breakfast after taking a headcount. The food was decent, but although it was supposed to be a buffet, this time we had to queue while they served the items onto our plates. They also didn’t provide drinking water with breakfast. We left early and skipped the morning meal, so we asked for plain bread instead. They gave us only four slices for five guests, as if four adults and a child could share that. Great cost saving, but basic customer service was lacking. They give each guest only one half-litre water bottle per day. If we need more, we have to buy it. The person in charge that night refused to let us fill our own bottles from the can water, although they allowed it during our first stay. Parking is another problem when the property is full, and you may have to leave your car outside. The night desk staff’s attitude needs to improve. We raised these issues with the receptionist at checkout and hope she passed them to management to be fixed.

The staff were friendly and obliging, and they could bring tea or coffee through room service. Breakfast was simple. It’s an excellent place to stay in Mayiladuthurai, close to prominent kshetrams, and the room was comfortable.

The rooms were clean and very good, and the locality is good, close to Mayuranathar temple. Breakfast is available in the morning after 7:30 am, but there’s no other food service.
