The staff are courteous and professional, and ready to help, which made the stay more comfortable. Harmony Inn offers warm hospitality, dependable service, and good value. We asked Narender ji to prepare Jain food, and he arranged it without compromising on quality. He's an excellent chef. I strongly recommend visiting the Hotel.

Even if you've booked a hall for a meeting, there's no projector or screen. They also couldn't provide a printout when I needed one urgently, and the service to customers isn't good. This feels like a cheap type of hotel.

The staff were nice to talk to, and the cheese roll and honey chilli starters were good. The vegetables had no taste, the breads were cold even when we asked for warm ones, and the cold drink had no gas. They don't know what a mojito is. I found hair in several items at the wedding function, including the rasmalai, though it tasted very good until I found hair in it too.

The hotel's location is prominent, and the place is very neat and clean, with commendable service. The staff are humble too, especially ‘Mr Danish’, who warmly welcomes and attends to visitors.
