The nearby roads smelled filthy, and the place is tucked into a bad corner of the city. We came as a family and had trouble finding the parking lot. The listing also didn't mention that there was a bar when we booked. It said the railway station was 3.something km away, but GPS showed it was much farther. We were frustrated...

The staff were courteous and the location was convenient, so the hotel works for a basic overnight stop. The room did the job, but wasn't anything special, and the facilities were quite limited. The bathrooms could use better upkeep, and the place felt a little worn. It wasn't terrible, but I wouldn't pick it for a longer or more comfortable stay.

The entrance gives a poor first impression. You get to the hotel through a narrow, crowded side lane with an uncovered drain. I booked mainly because it was close to Mettupalayam railway station, which was the one good thing. The room was noisy and hard to rest in, and it wasn't maintained well. There was no running water from the tap, the bedsheets were dirty, and there was no proper bedspread.

A very poor hotel. There's no room service, and the water facility is bad.

The room was good and the service was good too. No view from the front. They provided soap, toothpaste, and a toothbrush.
