We held a marriage event at this awful hotel, and the charges were far too high for the poor service. From the front desk through the event itself, everything was off. I've been to weddings at several small town hotels, but this was by far the worst for food, staff, and location. Mirzapur is a small tier 4 city with little infrastructure, yet the hotel charges like one in a tier 2 city and still falls well short. Unless you have movement restrictions, don't choose this venue. Vindhyachal could be a better option, or even a tent outside your house or on the street. At least there you could pick a good chef, which this place clearly doesn't have. A definite no from me.

We stayed there yesterday, 8th Feb 2025. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff were generally decent and professional. At breakfast, though, the waitress showed a lot of attitude while serving us. It seemed like she didn't like simple middle class people like us. We pay the full amount shown on Agoda, Booking.com, or any other app, so why treat guests that way? Hotel management should be careful about this and train her to handle guests respectfully. Plenty of middle class looking guests can afford to book the whole hotel for themselves, but we don't like to show off.

The way the reception staff treated me has put me off the property. I came to Mirzapur yesterday, 05.02.2026, for a wedding at Celeberation Lawn opposite your hotel, and stopped by around 09:00 pm to ask about a room. The man and woman at the desk answered rudely and showed no courtesy. You're full today, but tomorrow you may wish we had stayed because you were full. Rudeness at the front entrance isn't acceptable. Even if you have a room next time, I won't come or recommend the place.

Riya was so sweet and kind. The food was very nice, and the hotel's service was really good.

Ms. Bandhan served us well, and Mr Shyam managed things well too. The food was good in both quantity and quality.
