The staff are friendly, the rooms are clean, and the food feels like home. Spiti Heritage is a very good hotel in Kaza, close to the market and with beautiful mountain views. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Kaza.

When bad weather forced us to cancel our stay, they still asked for the full payment. I’m not even talking about getting a 50% refund. The location is around 2-3 km from Kaza's main market, and the rooms are pretty small.

The location is great and the rooms are spacious, but service could be much better. The food was good, though breakfast took a long time. One of the two rooms we booked had a broken geyser, and cleaning didn’t happen until after 3 pm. I think they may have been short-staffed while managing multiple properties.

The views from the rooms were amazing, with the hotel set among the mountains. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed breakfast. Mr. Body was very kind and helpful. Lovely place! 🎀

The room was so unhygienic that staying there was unbearable: the linens were dirty, and there was a foul smell. Poor ventilation and no proper airflow made the atmosphere suffocating. This was far from the peaceful, comfortable stay I expected from Spiti Heritage Hotel. It wasn’t worth the money, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place in Spiti.
