I was there this week, and the rooms were the dirtiest I’ve ever seen. The washroom was awful, with filthy tiles and a bad smell. When I told reception, they insisted it was clean by their standards. I wouldn’t visit again.

The room photos look clean, but the actual rooms don’t. The owner and especially his boss were rude and arrogant. During the night, while I was trying to sleep, the owner started asking for the bill, and it felt suffocating and noisy. The service was very poor, and this hotel made my Goa trip a bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Absolutely awful. The way customers are treated here is really bad. Don’t stay.

One of the worst places to stay. Don’t book it, and if you already have, cancel.

The rooms look clean in the photos, but not in person, and the service was very poor. We asked for our advance payment back and were told it would be returned by night. When my friend went to collect it, the boss refused and they started fighting with us. He was especially rude and arrogant. This hotel made our Goa trip a very bad experience.
