The room was okay, but that hardly mattered after how threatening the staff member Mangesh was. At noon, an hour before check-in, he rudely told us we couldn't enter until 1 pm. I understand the hotel's check-in time, and he also said checkout was strictly 11 am, but the way he spoke was awful. The main problem came when I politely asked for the parking space included in my booking and said I didn't want to park anywhere else. He argued, yelled, used abusive language in front of my wife, and challenged me by asking, “Do you want to start a fight?” I felt threatened. I suspect he may have been drunk, though even if he wasn't, that behavior is still a serious problem. I'd tell people to avoid this hotel. It was a very, very bad experience.

We had plenty of parking, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. The room and bathroom were clean, and the food was alright. We were staying here for a wedding at Express Inn, which was only about five minutes away.

The rooms were tiny, with no ventilation, and the AC made a creepy noise. I didn't feel safe in this MIDC area, especially in the evening, when there were lots of drunk men around the hotel because of its in-house resto bar. I wouldn't recommend it for women. The lift was very small and scary, and the power kept going out. Nobody came to help with our bags, and the receptionist wasn't helpful either.
