Fabhotel Om Sai

The hotel service was third class, and the receptionist treated online booking customers just as badly. Only one toul was given, AC use wasn't allowed, and they didn't provide a water bottle. They also demanded extra money to use the AC. Fab service and Goibibo service, though, were number one, really great. I give Fab and Goibibo 5 stars.

Fab Hotels customer care gave only a casual apology and said they would process a refund, after leaving us stranded in an unfamiliar city at 4:00 AM with my wife and no other option or support. They then cancelled our booking themselves and refunded less than half of what we paid. This was unacceptable and felt unsafe. We had a confirmed booking at Hotel Om Sai, Nasik Road, with check-in clearly listed as 3:00 AM because our train arrived at 2:50 AM. But when we got there, they said there were no rooms and the hotel was fully booked. After this experience, I would never recommend booking through FabHotels. They don't deserve your trust if this is how they handle an emergency.

The room wasn't clean. There were cigarette buds under the bed and behind the sofa, though the bathrooms were proper. They didn't provide soap, towels or any toiletries. The guy looking after things wasn't supportive or concerned with customer service, and just followed his own rule book. One big red flag was that he was smoking green stuff. Please don't book her, it felt like an online scam.

I stayed here with my family and booked 3 rooms for 15.03.25 to 16.03.25. It was a terrible stay. There's no parking area as promised, and the manager was very arrogant with customers, as if he owned the hotel. The gyser wasn't working properly, there were water supply and main door lock problems, and the service was poor for somewhere claiming a 3*** rating. I give it 1*. I wouldn't advise families or Sr.citizens to stay here because the lifts aren't in condition. My 79-year-old mom has health issues and had to walk downstairs. I was surprised by this Fabhotels Om Sai Hotel experience. Stay out of it.
