The amenities were fantastic, and the calm surroundings and blissful feel brought back memories of staying abroad. It’s about 45 km from gachibowli, so you can get away from the city while still being close to it. A lovely option for a weekend, and worth a visit.

There are deluxe rooms, suites and villas, with prices depending on the room category. It’s very clean and quiet, with lots of trees and fresh air. A peaceful place to relax on weekends, and the service is good. For me, that earns it a 5-star rating.

The complimentary breakfast each day was decent, but that was the only good part of our two-night holiday with our baby and my husband. We ended up freshening up at relatives’ home in the same society, and I strongly suggest families with kids avoid staying here. The rooms were filthy, and the bathroom floor stayed wet and slippery from clogged water. My husband and baby nearly fell. There was no bath mat either. Even after asking repeatedly, they only left us a folded towel. We asked for hot water and were told by the front desk to waste at least 20 buckets because the system is solar. We never got hot water for a shower. After we asked several times, they brought it in a bucket. That’s ridiculous for a 5-star resort club. I asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, but housekeeping didn’t do it and said they had. In the evening, I found the bed made neatly while the floor and bathroom were still dirty. We had to call housekeeping back and point out the dirt and the slippery bathroom floor. I spent almost two hours in the lobby with my baby that evening while they cleaned. When we asked for a deep clean and complained about the problems, the manager called my husband and promised a discount on our stay, but we never received it. The prices are comparable to luxury hotels in the city, yet the service was horrible. Having to ask again and again for a clean room is not how I wanted to spend a holiday after paying so much. A luxury resort needs to maintain its standards, not just look the part. This was probably my worst experience, and I’ve never left such a bad review before. It’s an honest review from a sensible customer. I wish there were a negative rating.

The bungalows look nice from outside, with good exterior architecture. Inside, though, the housekeeping was poor, AC cooling wasn’t adequate, and basic items like towels and clothes hangers were missing. The food and service need improvement.
