Spring Woods Suites by OYO Rooms

Our room was extremely dirty, with cockroaches too, and it went uncleaned for all five days. My wife had to clean it herself for hygiene. We couldn't move because we had medical checkups. There was no TV or wardrobe, no power backup, and we had to call several times before they would switch on the generator. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, its opening didn't seem safe, and smoke from the next room came into ours. One night, some random men rang our doorbell twice. We complained to reception, but they took no action and said it was a mistake. When we asked for the CCTV footage, the recording was missing for exactly the period when the bell rang, apparently because the camera had been switched off. The staff seemed to support improper activity by turning off cameras, and the place felt unsafe for families. I also saw what looked like “Call girls” operating there, and staff seemed to allow illegal activities. Government and law enforcement should take strict action against a hotel that openly supports such activities.

We arrived at 2 a.m. after a long day, and weren't even given a bottle of water or slippers. This feels more like a daramshala than a hotel, and shouldn't even be listed on the map as one. Please don't stay here, even if it's your last option.

There was no drinking water provided, just bottles for sale, and outside food wasn't allowed even though their own food service was terrible. The door lock and one window lock didn't work properly, so I slept worried that my valuables might be stolen. The bedsheet and towel were dirty, and the towel looked like it had been used for mopping. The floor had cigarette ends and empty liquor bottles on it. From the moment you walk in, you can tell what kind of stay to expect. I saw three young couples come in on hourly rates, so be careful what you sleep on and what you use to wipe yourself off with. 😁

The price was reasonable, and the food was good. I ordered Paneer Paratha for breakfast, and it was tasty with a generous portion. My room's geyser wasn't working, though. They offered me the option of moving rooms on the second day or using the bathroom in a room with a working geyser. It was an okay stay, but it could have been better.
