I can't recommend this place to tourists. The manager behaved poorly and kept misguiding me, and the staff argued with me about how to eat and drink coffee. Room service for food was very delayed, and the room wasn't cleaned properly. After cleaning in the morning, they even put the key on the door. At breakfast, they added an extra ingredient to the poha and stopped serving the next item. For two days, they also put double sugar in my coffee. The room service was very poor, and the manager was far too clever.

From outside, the hotel might not look good, but my standard room was spacious and the bedsheets were clean. The staff were polite and respectful, services were good, and hot water was available on demand. It seems reputable and safe, so I'd recommend it. One thing could be improved: the window mesh on the side was broken, letting mosquitoes in if you opened the window at night. They provide All out, though, so it wasn't a major problem.

The railway and bus stations are nearby, and the hotel is in a very good location. The food was very good, and manager Ankur Bajpai behaved very well. The whole team was good too.

Across 45 years of travel, this ranks among my worst stays. There was no parking or useful amenity, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and even the shower was broken. The drinking water was hot, and the food tasted awful. It took 50 to 75 minutes to arrive, and they get it from a dhaba. The staff threatened to beat you. Avoid this place even if it's free.
