For the price, it’s a decent option. The rooms are nice and have good equipment, though having the bathroom and kitchen separate from the room wasn’t ideal. We also ran into a few cleanliness problems, but they took care of them.

Morjim Beach is only a short walk away, which adds a lot to the stay. The rooms felt like a home, with plenty of space, air conditioning, and very good upkeep. Gaspar was a helpful host, and the hospitality was warm. For families or friends visiting North Goa, Mama Mids Home offers good value.

I stayed at Mama Mids for a month while looking for somewhere to settle longer term, and it came to feel like home. I’d lived in India before and wanted a place where I could feel comfortable. The owners live on the property, are extremely kind, and made sure I felt safe and at ease. Daily cleaning kept everything neat and organized. The service was 5 stars, without a doubt, and I highly recommend it.

The room and bed were really dirty, and both they and the furniture felt old. I paid 1500 per night for two nights, but left after just one because it wasn’t worth it.

The stay was peaceful and pleasant, with clean bedrooms and no noise during the five days I was there. Gasper, the owner, was helpful. Just be aware that not every room has an attached bathroom, the kitchen is shared by all guests, and the AC is old and noisy.
