The OYO app lists this as Capital O 84485 Morjim Beach Grand, so the OYO code here is wrong. Our stay was rough. There’s no parking, and they initially turned down our booking, so we had to verify it and wait. We were moved through three rooms, each with a problem. The place is poorly maintained, the ACs didn’t work, and a couple of rooms had no locks on the main or bathroom doors. The terrace was closed, and they seem to run a couple of hotels under the same names. I’d look for a better hotel.

I was on my own, and the staff bullied me. Whenever I raised an issue, they got temperamental; at times they were rude and hostile. They came across more like local goons than hospitality staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to gentle, peace-loving guests. Go if you're ready to fight.

It's a budget hotel with decent-sized rooms, but they aren't well maintained. There was only one staff member, a boy, and the TV didn't work because it hadn't been recharged. There's no kitchen either.

The room was large and had its own balcony, which were the good points. But there was no water in the bathrooms or drinking water provided, and the Wi-Fi didn't work on the second floor. Also, this isn't an OYO, even though there's an OYO sticker on the wall.

Watching the sunset from the pool at the top of the hill was a highlight. The Hill side Hotel has a great atmosphere, and room service and the other services were very good too. A stay here is totally worth it.
