The location worked well, just a short walk from Morjim beach. I stayed for a few days in May 2019. My room was clean and looked after, and Rohit, one of the staff, was helpful and polite. He even arranged a bike for getting around. The kitchen is downstairs, so you’ll need to eat out or cook there yourself. I had a good stay.

The rooms were good, which earns the two stars. The service and staff were very poor, though, and there was nobody around to hear you out. There was no cleaning and no response from staff. Even though it’s an OYO, you don’t get the OYO kits. You’re also left to carry your own luggage because no one will help. Be careful before booking.

I spent a full week here and had a great stay. The room was comfortable and clean, and whenever I needed help, Rohit the manager looked after me well.

A great spot, with a view of the beach.
