I’d been here two or three times before and had really nice visits. This time, though, they brought me a coffee jug that had been bitten by a rat. When I pointed it out, the staff member argued with me. Very disappointing.

The front desk was consistently helpful, and room service was excellent. We stayed four days in total, split into two two-day stays in the same week. The breakfast and dinner buffets had lots of choices, and the staff were polite and helpful. The hotel is very nice for a stay, though its own parking fills up when functions are happening.

The food was good, but the service wasn’t. We booked two days and asked reception to have the room cleaned, yet nobody came and it was left as it was. By morning, the water bottle was empty too.

A neat, clean hotel in a good location, with good food and excellent service. The staff are very nice, especially Mr. Vishal, who helped us a lot with whatever issues came up.
