Rohit, Shrutika, Sanoj, Khushi, Chandan, and Rahul Sir made us feel welcome with warm smiles. They handled check-in and check-out smoothly, and took care of every request promptly. The front office team were professional, polite, and helpful, which made the stay comfortable and memorable. Their hospitality felt in keeping with 4-star service. Highly recommended for the customer service.

The housekeeping team was accommodating and quick to respond. The rooms and food were good, and the bathrooms were well kept. Still, the rooms felt small for what we paid and for a 4 star hotel. The other staff could improve too: they didn’t follow up or ask whether we wanted food when we arrived.

The stay was okay, but a few things bothered me. The room smelled damp when I first walked in, and the hot water tap ran muddy water. Food prices also seemed steep: ₹200 for two plain boiled eggs felt unreasonable. Please address these issues so future guests have a more comfortable stay.

At check-in, reception initially said the high tea and breakfast weren’t included, even though I’d paid for them in advance. The staff seemed disorganized and confused from the start, with no welcome drink or even basic courtesy in how they spoke to us. Then their “high tea” turned out to be only tea and coffee, without any snacks, which felt misleading. Manager Shailendra and the staff available were impolite and seemed more interested in misguiding people than helping. The stay was unpleasant and not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
