The meals were the highlight for us. It's a pure vegetarian hotel, and the maharaj (chef) made sure everything was fresh and nicely prepared. It all tasted delicious and homely. Hotel Mushkil Aasan is peaceful, clean, and surrounded by nature, which made for a relaxing stay in Mount Abu. The hospitality and comfort were great, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for good vegetarian food.

The garden was still lovely when we visited during the rainy season, and I imagine it's even better at other times of year. This is a well-kept vintage property, with nicely maintained rooms and service staff who are always ready to listen. The owner was caring and very helpful. I'd give it nothing less than five stars. They do expect guests to be disciplined, so it suits decent people.

We stayed with family in March 2024, and it felt like one of the best places to stay in Mt Abu. It's a home converted into a hotel, with a pretty garden and lots of plants. There's a game room in a tree house, and the on-site restaurant makes fresh food that tastes homemade.

There are instructions posted all over the property, but the service was zero. The staff were very unprofessional, and the place seems to think it's five-star when the hospitality isn't even one-star. Honestly, I'd rate it minus one. It's a very overrated property.

The food was good and the location is very nice, but the staff weren't cooperative. I'd choose one of the nearby places with a nice location instead.
