Satish Kumar was especially polite and ready to help with any questions or requests, and the whole staff were courteous. We stayed two days and nights at Rising Sun Retreat Resort, where the service was top-notch and every meal was delicious. When we asked the cook to make a dish to our taste, he went above and beyond and made it even better than we expected. Thanks to the team for such warm hospitality. We’re already looking forward to coming back and highly recommend Rising Sun Retreat Resort.

16th Oct 2025 Our one-night stay came with complimentary breakfast and dinner, and we found it comfortable overall. The staff were amazing and the property was beautiful, but cleanliness was an issue. The rooms hadn’t been properly cleaned before check-in, with hair and stains around, and we found a cigarette butt in the room. We were given two rooms next to the owner's home on the property. In the morning, the two German Shepherd's he owned gave us quite a greeting.

The surroundings are really beautiful, and the two cuties, German shepherds, greet you happily and play with you. We had a great experience here. If you’re planning a one- or two-night stay in Mount Abu, this place would be a perfect choice.

There’s a fresh, natural feel to the environment here, and I really enjoyed staying with my family. The staff were calm and very helpful, and the food was amazing. It’s a great place to stay in Mount Abu, and I’d recommend giving it a try.

On my 14-day Agra-Rajasthan tour, this was one of the best resort or hotel stays. The room and toilet were spacious and clean, everything was well prepared, and the service was good.
