SILA Mountain Majesty

[Mr . Ashwath] deserves special thanks for helping make our stay memorable. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the start, and the check-in felt smooth and personal. Our room was spacious, elegantly designed, spotlessly clean, and had premium amenities and stunning views. Service was a highlight: staff anticipated what we needed and provided excellent turndown service. The signature restaurant offered a world-class meal, while the immaculate spa and pool were relaxing. We can’t wait to return to this premier destination.

Sila Mountain Majesty was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were clean, neat, and well cared for, so the visit felt comfortable and peaceful. The food was scrumptious and prepared with care and good hygiene. Staff were warm, polite, and helpful throughout, making us feel welcome. Great food, clean rooms, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!

The surroundings were decent, though nothing especially impressive, and both the food and building maintenance felt average. The luxury and overall experience didn’t quite match the prices being charged. I’ve stayed at several resorts over the past 15 years, and this one didn’t meet my expectations. For the money, the experience felt average. I hope the team takes this feedback constructively and works on improving the quality and guest experience.

The prices are ridiculously high for the cheap-quality service, and it felt like a total waste of money. Nothing they promised was delivered. The food was terrible, and from beginning to end we dealt with rude staff, horrible service, and pathetic management. They make false commitments and fool customers. It’s a fake and misleading place. For the same money, people could stay at a proper five-star hotel and get much better facilities and treatment. Don’t waste your hard-earned money here. Avoid it, and beware of these fraudulent people.
