The receptionist deserves a mention: he was helpful, cooperative, and got me whatever I asked for. He even let me check in early without charging extra. The AC room was clean and nicely priced. Thanks for the good service, I'll recommend this hotel to people close to me. (Last visit on 13th April 2019)

The room cleaning never happened, and the linen had spots on it. The AC and internet weren't working, and breakfast didn't come until 10 AM. The hotel faces an open drain in an alley. At the alley entrance there's a country bar, with drunk people sleeping out on the street. Yuck!

The area made me a little uncomfortable at first, but once I checked in, I liked how the receptionist treated us. They helped me with a lot of things and were so good to us that I started thinking of them like my own brothers. When I left, I felt that I'd book this hotel again if I return to pondicherry. Such good people!

The bathroom was very dirty, and the rooms were dirty too. The bedsheets they gave us had already been used, there were no towels, and they didn't provide complimentary soap or shampoo. There were mosquitoes everywhere, and no Wi-Fi or room service. The electrical switchboards were broken, so there was nowhere to charge our phones. Breakfast came at 10 AM after repeated reminders. There's no car parking, and parking outside didn't feel safe. There is no lift or hotel boy to help with luggage. The staff don't understand any language other than tamil.
