Brindavan Residency by OYO Rooms

We paid ₹1800 for one night, though to me the place was worth only about ₹300. The room was tiny, like a rat's house, and the AC was there but useless. We tried switching it on several times without success, then had to ask the staff for help. They sent someone who didn't know the language, so it was hard to understand him. The toilet shocked us: it looked uncleaned, covered in stains and dirt. The AC kept going on and off, and the staff's behavior was pathetic. The rooms and service were disgusting too. I've shared photos and videos. If this had a zero-star option, it wouldn't deserve even that. Highly avoid this residency. It doesn't give you what you pay for, just a local lodge.

My son loves the ghee roast here. The food was really good, and the prices are very affordable. We'll definitely visit again.

A great stay for families looking for comfort and convenience. The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Absolutely recommended.

A neat, clean hotel with good, healthy food. It's one of the best options for vegetarian food.
