Hotel Bonanza

We had both buffet breakfast and dinner on the first floor, with tasty food and both vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices. On our one-night leisure trip to Allepy, we were given room 308, which was quite large and well maintained. The hotel rooms could still be maintained better.

The room boy who helped us was the only good part of the hotel. We were travelling with kids and had called a day ahead to book two rooms directly; the person on the phone said we didn't need to use MakeMyTrip and booked them under my name. But when we arrived, there was no booking, and no interconnected room available. They kept our family waiting for over an hour. Be careful with direct bookings: they promise a much lower rate, then try to sell you a room at a much higher price when you get there. Bad management can ruin a business.

A calm, peaceful stay, and the place was clean and hygienic. Everything else was good, but the TV wasn't working.

We booked the whole Hotel Bonanza for three days for our wedding celebrations in April 2025, and it turned out to be one of our best decisions. From arrival on, the team treated us with real warmth and professionalism. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent, and their hospitality made the occasion feel just right. General Manager Rajesh deserves special thanks. His personal guidance and steady support made a real difference: he checked in regularly, made sure our families were comfortable, and did his best to accommodate every request. The entire team was attentive, courteous, and always ready to help. Thank you to Rajesh and everyone at Hotel Bonanza for making the stay unforgettable. We'll remember your kindness and service, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that treats you like family.
