The location is the only good thing about this hotel. The rooms were awful, with torn bedsheets, dirty towels, and really bad washrooms. The drinking water came in unsealed bottles, and it felt very fishy to drink.

Had a really good day and enjoyed the place. My room was one of the best, with all the facilities. It was a very good experience, and I’d love to come back.

The speedboat ride to the property is something you’d enjoy. The amenities are average, but they’ve kept the place in good shape. Customer service could be better.

There was no extra mattress, so the three of us had to share a queen-size bed. The bathroom fittings were a problem too, especially the broken jet spray.

The staff were very helpful and we had a great day at the hotel. It’s a lovely place to relax, and everything else was very good. They should improve the hotel facilities, especially the food and the mirror in the room.
