I left at 6 PM instead of staying the night because the room was filthy, unhygienic, and full of mosquitoes. Staff were extremely rude and made me wait 30 minutes for no reason. They wouldn’t accept my Passport or masked Aadhaar, insisting on my full Aadhaar number and then a DL. Avoid this place. Worst experience ever. One star only because zero isn’t an option.

It’s a calm, quiet place inside the housing society, not far from the airport, and friendly for couples and families. The rooms are generally clean. On a weekend with full occupancy I waited 10-15 minutes to check in, but it was worth the wait. There aren’t many staff, though requests were handled on time. I’m satisfied. Kudos to management, bravo 👏

This guest house is in such bad shape it doesn’t deserve a star, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone going to Mumbai. My room had broken furniture, no TV, and the washroom didn’t work properly. The guy at reception spoke as if the hotel were in five-star condition, and quoted prices accordingly. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

This isn’t what I expect when booking a hotel room. The room was extremely dirty and badly maintained, with an unclean floor and bedsheets. The bathroom was stained, unhygienic, and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly.

There was a terrible smell, so bad I couldn’t stand there for a minute and felt like vomiting. The bedroom was no good, the staff behaved badly, the sheets had insects and cockroaches, and the bathroom was broken. Very, very bad. Don’t stay there.
