Bandra Stays

The room itself was pretty nice for three people, and the staff were generally pleasant and helpful when we needed something. They also let us check in quite a bit before the stated time, which I really appreciated. The room and bathroom didn't look like the pictures, or at least not the room we were given. There were ants on the bed. We asked to switch rooms, but although they had rooms available, they said they didn't. They changed the sheets, but that didn't solve the problem. The bathroom was so tiny that brushing my teeth or washing my face got the whole floor wet. The toilet seat wasn't attached properly and kept moving around. The location was all right, though I did question how safe the area felt, with men all around.

The rooms are small, but decent enough for one or two nights, and the cleanliness was okay. Getting around from the location is very easy, though the area itself isn't especially good. Service was just okay. There were ants in the room and no toiletries, and I thought the price was a bit high for this hotel.

Sunil sir was so kind and understanding, and made sure everything got done quickly and on time. I felt safe here as a woman, and it was convenient to get around. Staying at Bandra Stays was a fun experience, with top-tier service. I'll definitely come back when I visit mumbai again!

(Honest review) I had a very good stay. The space isn't big, but they've made it decent sized and aesthetic. Special thanks to Sunil Ji. I'd book here again :)))
