Hotel Silver Inn

The bedsheets were stained, the food was pathetic, and the bathroom was a mess, with a broken flush and a drain that kept clogging. Staff were rude and careless, spoke to customers as if they were doing us a favour, and even insulted us while denying what they’d said. If the hotel can’t manage basic things, it doesn’t deserve to be a 3 star hotel. Total mess, worst experience ever, and a waste of money.

This was my second staycation here. The staff, food, and facilities are all good, but the mattress is still in bad shape. It was like that when I came two years ago, and although they said they were in the process of replacing it, it seems they still haven’t.

The bathroom was a daily struggle, with water that came and went, very low pressure, and sometimes none at all. When I reported the problems, the response was either rude dismissal or indifference. Nobody tried to fix anything or even apologize. Hotel Silver Inn takes your money but gives no service or respect in return. The front desk staff are arrogant, rude, and unprofessional, and there seems to be no management, supervision, or accountability. This place is a complete mess. I’ve rarely had a worse hotel experience. Stay elsewhere until management deals with the staff and room conditions.

My expensive earbuds disappeared from the room, and staff showed no concern or offered help, an apology, or responsibility. Whether they were lost, misplaced, or taken, their response was the real insult. The food was tasteless and overpriced. I’ve eaten better at random street stalls at 3 AM, and for the prices they charge, it feels disrespectful. Staff were rude, arrogant, and clueless about customer service. This stay felt like punishment. Spend your money somewhere else.
