Mr Name Is Krishna was very helpful with breakfast service. The breakfast had a good range of fresh, well-prepared food, and the dining area was clean and organized. There could be more menu variety, and refills could be quicker at busy times. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, with good housekeeping and amenities that met expectations. The bed was comfortable too, though better lighting and soundproofing would help. Staff were polite and professional, check-in and checkout went smoothly, and requests were handled promptly.

Nazim and Krishna really stood out during my stay. Both were polite, professional and always ready to help with a warm smile. Nazim paid close attention to details and handled my requests quickly, while Krishna was supportive and proactive, making sure I felt welcome and comfortable. Their dedication made the stay smooth and stress free. The hotel is clean, modern and well maintained. My room was quiet and comfortable, a good place to unwind after a long day. The atmosphere is pleasant and professional, and it’s clear the staff take pride in their work. Check-in was smooth and everything felt well organized from the start. I’d recommend Bloom Hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai and would happily stay again.

The staff made my first trip to Mumbai especially memorable, and I’m still thinking about the stay after checkout. The food was so good that we’d save ourselves for dinner at the hotel. They cooked warm buffet food in small batches, and paid close attention to its texture and taste. When they noticed our naans had been sitting too long, they offered freshly cooked ones. Pancakes and other food meant to be served warm were made to order, and came out quickly. They also celebrated my birthday, which was so sweet. After housekeeping cleaned, room service always put my personal comfort pillow back neatly on the bed. We looked forward to breakfast and dinner every day. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was superb. I loved the stay and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. Thanks for making it so enjoyable. Love it.
