They don’t have a restaurant of their own, yet they won’t let guests bring in or order food from outside. They insist you buy from their menu, which is expensive and seems designed to make them a profit. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that pressures guests this way.

There isn’t an in-house restaurant, perhaps because of COVID, but they’ll arrange food from outside if you order. The service was good, and the hospitality was good too. A good place.

The rooms are very cramped, and the service was really bad. OYO suggests a 2X room for three people, but the hotel manager still asked for an extra charge for early check-in.

Comfort was much better here, and it cost less than other Mumbai hotels. A great place to stay, with a smooth experience.

The hotel wouldn’t let me check in with my MMT booking, even though I’d booked there. I ended up booking directly at the same hotel and paying a little more than I would have through MMT. The hotel itself is very good.
