Elite Stays at Marol Near Mumbai Airport

This was a deeply frustrating and unacceptable stay. SpiceJet booked me here, and I regret accepting the arrangement. The room was filthy, dusty, and foul-smelling, with rusty taps, a dirty washroom, broken doors, and stained linen that clearly hadn't been changed for the next guest. I asked for fresh linen repeatedly over more than two hours, but no proper action followed. I avoided touching things and went back to reception because I didn't feel comfortable or safe. The place raised serious concerns about cleanliness, service, privacy, and security. Danish at reception showed little professionalism or concern. Instead of handling the complaint, he watched reels on his phone, then casually told me to post a Google review when I pressed for a solution. The management was disgusting, and the property doesn't look like the pictures posted on Google. I especially advise anyone placed here by an airline to think twice. This was unacceptable on every level.

The breakfast was decent, and I liked the firm mattress, decent linen, the location, and the TV with Prime membership. Everything else was awful: there was no complimentary drinking water, towels, iron, or hangers. The shower and flush were poorly maintained, cockroaches and mosquitoes were everywhere, and the reception sofa was dusty.

I cancelled and left without staying because the room conditions were completely unsuitable for a family trip with my wife and daughter. The alternative room they offered was in similarly poor condition. The linens and surfaces were dirty, there was a strong unpleasant smell, the bathroom door had visible holes, and its fittings were poorly maintained. The bed was extremely hard, and there was no TV despite it being advertised. The photos I booked from looked misleading, almost AI-generated, and nothing like the actual place. I explained everything and answered Booking.com customer service's questions; they assured me a full refund within 14 working days. It's now been over 1.5 months, and I still haven't received it. The delay and lack of follow-up are extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Be careful, this property is very misleading. Don't fall for this scam.

The only decent thing in the room was the AC, though it was loud enough to make sleeping difficult. The place looked nothing like the online photos and wasn't worth the money. Our room was dirty and poorly maintained, with stained sheets and linen that weren't replaced despite several complaints. We got no housekeeping for the whole stay. The washroom was moldy and rusty, had no ventilation, and its exhaust fan didn't work. Hygiene clearly wasn't a priority. I wouldn't recommend it.
