Fabexpress Green House

The staff were incredibly helpful and cooperative, but the room itself let the place down. There were stains on the walls, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, and I spotted a few insects. It’s an average place that might work for a one-night budget stay. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than that.

The room was spacious, clean, and stylish, and the bed was comfortable. The bathrooms were neat too, and the receptionist was kind. Staff were helpful and quick to respond, and the price was affordable. I’d gladly come back. The only downsides were too much room freshener and a TV remote that didn’t work properly. Recommended 👍🏻

The owner and staff were the one good part. The room was tiny, the sheets and blankets weren’t clean, and I found a rat in there. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and there were paan spit marks on the walls. I chose it after seeing the ratings, so I expected better rooms.

The service was very good and the room was neat and clean. But the walls are so thin that the neighbors’ loud music kept my friend and me awake until 3:30 am. We had to get up at 5:30 am, so that made for a rough night.
