What they promised and what they delivered were clearly different, which made the stay frustrating. Customer service was careless, and basic courtesy was missing. The staff were very rude and unprofessional, hospitality was poor, and service quality fell far short of expectations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting respectful treatment and decent service. Very unsatisfied.

I only stayed because I was exhausted after traveling all night and had nowhere else to go. The room was awful for the price: dusty, smelly, full of mosquitoes, with stained sheets and pillowcases that didn’t look properly changed. The bathroom smelled terrible too, and cleanliness was very poor. I’d booked ahead and called several times from my overnight flight to ask about arriving around 6 AM, well before the 12 PM check-in. Each time, staff just said, “come and we will see,” even when I asked them to be clear. At the door, I was told early check-in wasn’t available. After a discussion, they let me in for an extra 500 rupees, but the room wasn’t worth that charge. The staff also handled my ID and phone badly. I’d already sent my ID on WhatsApp as requested, but after I’d fallen asleep they banged on the door about two hours later, said they hadn’t received it, and asked me to send it again. When I asked for the WiFi or their contact number, someone took my phone without asking and started looking through it. I was shocked and took it back straight away. I’ve stayed in hotels and hostels more often than my own home, and this was one of the worst rooms I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We booked through Airbnb, but reception said there was no room and that they’d move us to some other dingy place nearby. Staff were rude and kept telling us, “take it up online Jahaan pe pay kiya hai,” despite having accepted the booking. I saw someone facing the same problem with a goibibo reservation too. This felt like a proper scam, and the place should be removed from online platforms because it’s damaging the reputation of trusted sites like Airbnb and goibibo. A horrible experience that wasted our valuable time.

Breakfast was decent, though a little more variety would help, and room service was slow now and then. Still, I had a pleasant, satisfying stay. The room was comfortable, clean, and nicely designed, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it.
