FabHotel Peninsula

The girls booked for three days but left within about an hour of reaching the hotel. The room and location were so bad that they had to check into another hotel right away. They arrived at 11 am and left by 12.30, including check-in time. The bathroom was rusty, and there were cockroaches, bugs, and dirt. None of the online pictures matched the actual place. They’d paid in advance through Make my trip, and the booking terms said the payment wasn’t refundable. The staff admitted the hotel couldn’t return the money because the booking was through Make my trip, but said they could refund two days if the girls complained that they didn’t like the hotel without mentioning its quality. They agreed, but no refund came through, and our costs doubled. The staff and owner dealt with us dishonestly. Jo phas giya who giya. I should’ve read the Google reviews first. Make my trip only answered my queries after six days, because the owner wasn’t responding to them. I suspect the good reviews appear after bad ones to push the genuine complaints down where people won’t see them. Avoid it.

We had three rooms for six people. The service was poor, and there weren’t enough staff. One room was damp, and another had a key card problem every time we tried to enter. We called several times to report it, but staff still took about 15 minutes to show up. The lift was very small, and no toiletries were provided. Breakfast was idlis and vada with two small bowls of sambhar, enough for only two people. When we complained, nobody listened. Don’t trust the photos, they’re deceptive.

The rooms had working AC and fans, which was the only good thing. There were no towels, soap, or tissue paper, and staff would listen to requests then ignore them. The lift wasn’t working properly either. It’s in a very dirty, congested wholesale market area, and there’s no parking for a personal four-wheeler. Please don’t stay here. This was my worst Fabhotels experience.

Cockroaches and bedbugs in the room, very small rooms with barely any space to move, and no parking. The place was filthy and smelled everywhere, like walking into a slum. Service was horrible, and the stay was poorly maintained.
